These poles are very light weight, so easy to set up. The first time I used them I was able to walk twice as far without pain.

Will be happy to review again in 60 days. Did have a little frustration with cracking the code on my introductory discount. That’s way I bought the upgraded package, thinking it would become clear later in process. Oh well...

Having recently acquired my hiking poles, I am impressed by the sleekness and lightness of the product. Packaging is exceptional. On the down side: I would rather talk to a company associate, than text to a chatbot. I did have some questions re: the product, but I accessed You-Tube videos from several Physical therapists. If suggestions are desired, I would recommend that your Company put out a You-tube video.
The manual recommends heights for different size people, but it may need to be tweaked by the individual. I have practiced technique of using the poles a few times, but still need more practice. I think, over time, this may have been a life-changing purchase?! I will let you know.

I’m 68 yoa had one total knee replacement and really enjoy the outdoors. First time I tried the carbon fiber poles on nearby trails I was more than pleased. A little out of shape from winter but was amazed how quickly the poles became part of me and my walking cadence. Only did about 3 miles first time out. The poles just grab effortlessly up or down inclines. And help by using your arm power. Very excited to use these on my upcoming mushroom hunt in the west Wisconsin hills
