The Ultra Light Bundle

Having recently acquired my hiking poles, I am impressed by the sleekness and lightness of the product. Packaging is exceptional. On the down side: I would rather talk to a company associate, than text to a chatbot. I did have some questions re: the product, but I accessed You-Tube videos from several Physical therapists. If suggestions are desired, I would recommend that your Company put out a You-tube video.
The manual recommends heights for different size people, but it may need to be tweaked by the individual. I have practiced technique of using the poles a few times, but still need more practice. I think, over time, this may have been a life-changing purchase?! I will let you know.

I’m 68 yoa had one total knee replacement and really enjoy the outdoors. First time I tried the carbon fiber poles on nearby trails I was more than pleased. A little out of shape from winter but was amazed how quickly the poles became part of me and my walking cadence. Only did about 3 miles first time out. The poles just grab effortlessly up or down inclines. And help by using your arm power. Very excited to use these on my upcoming mushroom hunt in the west Wisconsin hills

Though I have been walking and jogging for a very long time, this was the first time I ever used walking poles. After a day of getting the length and hand strap adjustments just right, I cannot believe I had never used them before and realized what I was missing. They allowed me to get an extra bounce out of my steps with less strain on my back and knees. Getting my arms moving also gave me a far better workout. Nice.

Nicely constructed sticks. Attractive, compact and light. Only reservation has to do with the flick lock mechanisms that secure the pole elements together. They protrude from the pole in a way that could catch on objects or clothing. A small issue but enough to return the poles.
