    I keep this on-hand in my camping box to use as a spare tarp, and have also packed it in as a UL footprint for a 1-2P tent when backpacking.     I found multiple purpose for this gadget. The thickness is good for different uses. It does not fit back in the pouch, material is too thick so I use a huge rubber band to fasten tight, otherwise, the material is too slippery and it will not stay folded. No big deal.
